Real Results. Disciplined Acquisitions

See how Private Automotive Acquisition Group helps clients secure the right vehicle, structure the deal correctly, avoid costly mistakes, and maintain control from sourcing through signed contract. Every engagement is different, but the objective is always the same: a smarter, cleaner, buyer-side transaction.

CLIENT RESULTS

Real acquisitions. Measurable outcomes.

Every engagement is different. Some clients need stronger negotiation. Others need better trade positioning, financing analysis, vehicle sourcing, or protection from a bad purchase. These examples show how PAA applies the same disciplined buyer-side process to very different acquisition challenges.

The “Creampuff” That Was Actually a Total Loss

Independent due diligence uncovered severe prior collision damage that conventional vehicle-history reporting failed to reveal.

A late-model Chevrolet Blazer RS was advertised as a clean, one-owner vehicle with no reported accidents and described as a “creampuff.” PAA’s independent pre-purchase investigation uncovered a very different history. Salvage-auction records, VIN verification, mileage chronology, and auction photography established that the vehicle had previously been declared a total loss and sustained significant front and rear collision damage. The vehicle later reappeared for retail sale with only 179 additional miles. The acquisition was immediately rejected, potentially preventing a client from purchasing a materially misrepresented vehicle.

More Than $6,000 in Value Protected on One Acquisition

A disciplined nine-phase process optimized vehicle selection, purchase price, financing, F&I products, documentation, and delivery.

A client retained PAA to replace an aging, high-mileage vehicle with something newer, dependable, fuel-efficient, affordable to own, and still enjoyable to drive. After the discovery and market-research process, PAA identified and selected a 2023 Buick Encore GX Select ST as the strongest fit. Following approximately 34 comparable-vehicle reviews, PAA negotiated the selling price from $20,558 to $19,500. Financing was benchmarked in advance, every contract figure was independently audited, and a $4,800 Vehicle Service Contract was rejected after determining it did not provide sufficient value. At delivery, a missing second OEM key was formally documented for replacement, protecting approximately another $500 in value. The transaction was controlled from initial vehicle selection through final delivery, producing more than $6,000 in combined savings and avoided cost.

From $48,400 Trade Offer to an $8,300 Cash-Back Delivery

A nationwide acquisition negotiated entirely in writing produced invoice-level pricing, full-market trade value, and more than $4,200 in documented savings.

A client retained PAA to acquire a new 2025 Kia Telluride from a dealership in Sparks, Nevada. The vehicle had remained in inventory for more than 300 days, creating negotiating leverage. PAA negotiated the Telluride to dealer invoice, removed $849 in dealer add-ons, and independently analyzed the client’s late-model Toyota Sequoia trade after local offers reached only $48,400. Market analysis supported a substantially higher value, and a $52,000 CarMax appraisal was secured and matched by the dealership. With the Sequoia owned outright, the final structure produced approximately $8,300 back to the client at delivery and roughly $4,200 in documented transaction savings.
