Common questions about vehicle acquisition
Find answers about our process, pricing, and how we help you control your deal.
How does Private Automotive Acquisition work?
You define your vehicle needs and budget. We source options, analyze the market, negotiate on your behalf, and structure the deal for maximum advantage. You review and sign the final contract with full control and transparency.
What's included in the $750 flat fee?
Everything from initial market analysis through final contract review. We handle strategic sourcing, expert negotiation, trade-in valuation, deal structure optimization including price and tax treatment, and ensure you understand every term before signing.
Why use a buyer-side specialist instead of buying alone?
We negotiate from a position of independence. Dealers don't influence us, and we don't receive commissions from them. This means we focus exclusively on securing the best terms, lowest price, and optimal deal structure for you.
How long does the acquisition process take?
Timeline depends on vehicle availability and complexity. From initial contact through signed contract, expect a few days to a week for most standard acquisitions. Specialized or difficult-to-source vehicles may take longer, but we keep you informed throughout.
Do you help with trade-in vehicles?
Yes. We assess trade-in value, use it as leverage in negotiations, and ensure it's positioned strategically within your deal structure. This often results in better net outcomes than handling trade-ins alone.
Can you help me understand the final contract before I sign?
Absolutely. We review every detail with you: price, fees, tax treatment, warranty terms, and any special conditions. You'll understand exactly what you're signing and why before the deal closes.
Still have questions?
Reach out directly and we'll walk you through the process.
